Jill is AMAZING at what she does! So my husband started working with Jill and after 2 weeks I knew I wanted to get into the action as well. I am the mother of 6 kids—my oldest is 9 and I’m still nursing my baby, who was about 7 months when I started with Jill. I didn’t feel like I needed to lose a ton of weight and I had convinced myself that I was doing pretty good with my body since having 6 kids close together! I knew, though, that I wanted to have better over-all health habits. I got on her meal plans and started a consistent exercise routine. I never could have predicted the difference I saw over only a few short weeks, and then it just kept getting better each week. I was amazed at how much better I felt eating her recommended meals, and my body changed in a very good way that I had always wished for, but never thought possible. In 11 weeks I lost 8.2lbs, built 3 lbs of muscle, and torched 7.8% body fat! I kept finding myself staring in the mirror thinking- I look awesome, I feel awesome, I have energy, and I could conquer the world right now! Sometimes my stubborn personality would give me some grief, but like magic, I would go to my weekly stats check with Jill and I’d leave completely motivated, inspired, and happy with the path I was on. She is full of optimism and encouragement-she really wants you to succeed with YOUR dreams. She helps you see where you want to be and it’s not about her, it’s about you working hard and reaching your goals, and she is right there cheering you on and giving you insightful tips and help that make all the difference. She knows her stuff and can really tailor it to fit your situation, body type, and potential. I am so happy right now with where my health is, and I never would have been so successful, and in such a short amount of time, without Jill’s program. Thanks Jill!
