STATS ASSESSMENTS

 

 

STATS are done according to your schedule, and budget. Ideally, STATS are taken weekly.

 

STATS include:

- Your weight      

- Body fat % Test

- Measurements 

 

Be sure to wear clothing that I can easily get to your:

 

  Women:

- Upper right arm  

- Abdominal area  

- Upper right thigh

 

Men:

- Upper right chest

- Abdominal area  

- Upper right thigh

 

Generally, (both men and women), can wear a t-shirt, and loose shorts. Compression clothing is discouraged because it does not allow for accuracy, due to compression.

 

STATS take between 5-8 minutes, and you're done!

 

STATS are crucial to your health and fitness regimen, as they not only hold you accountable from week to week, but also allow you to see your hard earned efforts, after a week's worth of staying focused. This encourages one to stay the course, as they find they really CAN reach their goals, as long as they stay committed.

FITNESS ASSESSMENT

 

The Fitness Assessment takes about 15-20 minutes, and consists of:

STEP TEST

SIT AND REACH TEST

PUSH-UP TEST

SIT-UP TEST

 

I will also look at your spinal alignment, and test for flexibilty of the upper and lower body.

 

Come dressed to exercise (both male and female):

 -T-shirt              

 - Exercise shorts

- Exercise shoes

- Small towel     

- Water bottle    

 

The Assessment is done to get your Baseline Results. This is the base, you're starting point, from which future progress will be tracked from. It's good to have an Assessment done every 6 months to see your progress, and make future goals.

 

With STATS and Assessments done regularly, you are geared for success!
